中药经皮给药对乳腺增生病动物模型作用研究思路 　　摘 要：目的：探讨中药经皮给药治疗乳腺增生病的动物实验研究思路。方法：通过对乳腺增生病的中药经皮给药治疗实验研究的动物选择，动物造模方法，实验动物的给药途经与方法进行文献研究，阐述了经皮给药对乳腺增生病动物模型的作用机理。结果：中药经皮给药对乳腺增生病动物模型作用的实验研究，造模多选用大白鼠、家兔、豚鼠等，方法主要有雌二醇法、雌二醇配合少量黄体酮法、己烯雌酚法及病证结合造模法等。结论：通过乳腺增生病动物模型经皮给药途径进行实验，能够更好的研究中药经皮给药治疗乳腺增生病作用机理。 　　关键词：经皮给药；透皮吸收；乳腺增生病；大鼠 　　中图分类号：R-33 　　文献标识码：A 　　文章编号：1673-7717(2008)03-0609-03 　　 　　Research Approach by Transdermal Therapeutic System of Traditional Chinese 　　Medicine to the Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands in Animal Model 　　GONG Shao-bo1，LI Xiang-qi2，Song Ai-li3 　　(1.Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Laiyang 65200，Shandong China；2.Taishan Medical University，Taian 271000， 　　Shandong，China；3. Method：We explain functional mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mammary Gland hyperplasia in Animal model by transdermal Therapeutic System to study animal experiment literature of animal selecting，method of animal modeling，route and method of animal giving drug. Result：It was shown that，in the experimental study of animal model by traditional Chinese Medicine transdermal therapeutic System in the treatment of mammary Gland Hyperplasia(MGH)，most animal models are rats，rabbits，gninea pigs and so on，and the methods chosen are estradiol method，disthylstilbestrol method，progesterone and estradiol-added method，disease-symptom method.
