基层医院根管治疗应用与疗效分析 　　摘 要 目的：探讨基层医院根管治疗的成功率。方法：对326例因牙髓炎和根尖周炎来基层医院就诊的患者实行规范化根管治疗，术后常规冠套修复。结果：分别于术后1年和3年复查疗效，成功率分别为89%和86%。结论：对于牙髓病和根尖周病，只要医生认真细致处理根管，利用现有的设备器械和药物，也能做出较好的根管治疗病例，且远期效果良好。 　　关键词 根管治疗 冠套修复 成功率 　　 　　AbstractObjective:Primary Hospital success rate root canal therapy.Methods:326 cases with endodontitis or periapical inflammation were received root canal recurrence and routine crown rehabilitation.Results:1 year and 3 years after review, the success rate was 89% and 86%.Conclusion:Pulposis periapical disease can be cured sucessfully as long as the doctor deals with the root canal with
