AbstractWith the development of economic globalization and information technology, modern logistics plays increasingly prominent role in the social development. Cold chain logistics, which is a production of professionalization, mainly uses the operating methods and business models of the traditional logistics for example.Because of the limitations of the management methods and management tools, Cold chain logistics meets lots of problems, especially in food safety. However, quality management about food safety is one of the key elements of that will directly influence its business survival, development and even profitability. And recent years, environment of competition, manufacturing and resources is changing quickly. In this case, managing and controlling the safety of goods plays an important role to the sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper, the food safety of quality management is analyzed by using the method of experts grading method. Based on the study of domestic and international cold chain quality management on food safety, it takes Sinotrans Shanghai Cold-chain Logistics Co. Ltd. as an example to discuss the current operation status of its good safety and try to deal with the three main key problems related.
