AbstractBidirectionalDC/DCconverteriswidelyusedinvariousoccasionsofbatterysystem,inwhichisolatedbi-directionalDC/DCconverterispopularbecauseofitssafetyandpracticality.Theobjectofthisthesisisbasedonthebidirectionalphase-shiftedfull-bridgetopologywithcurrentdoubler.Thestudyofthistopologyismainlyconcentratedintheforwardwork,andfewstudiesforthereverseprocess.Thisarticleresearchedboththeprosandconsofthistopology,researcheditsprinciple,andstudieditsperformance.Thispaperstudiedthetraditionalphase-shiftedfull-bridgewithcurrentdoublertopologyatfirst.Thenstudiedtheworkingprincipleofthetraditionalbi-directionalphase-shiftedfull-bridgeDC/DCconverter.Duringtheresearch,itfoundthistopologycannotachievebi-directionalconvertewhentheinputandoutputvoltageisconstant.Therefore,itimprovedthistopologybychangingthesidesofthetransformerfromthetraditionalfull-bridgetocurrentdoublerrectifierstructure.ThenitanalysisedtheprosandconsworkofthistopologydetailyanduseSabersimulationsoftwaretoverifythecorrectnessoftheprinciple.Then,thispaperexploredthewayoftheprosandconsworkofthistopologytoachievesynchronousrectification.Inthethirdchapter,first,proposedanactiveclamptoslovevoltagespikesofMOSFETforreverseprocese;Then,designeddrivecircuitfortheforwardandreverseoperation;Finally,thelossofthepositiveandnegativeworkingwereanalyzed.Inthefourthchapter,theprosandconsworkofthecircuitwasmodeled.Itbuildedaforwardsmall-signalmodel,duetoitsmodelcanbeevolvedfromBUCKcircuitsmall-signalmodel,theBUCKsmall-signalmodlewasfirstestablished,andthenconsiderednon-idealisolationtransformermodel,thusgetthetopologyforwardsmall-signalmodel;italsobuiltthesmall-signalmodelbyevolvedtheBOOSTsmallsignalmodel.Afterthecompletionofthemodel,itusedMATLABtooltoachieveloopdesign,andgetasatisfactoryresult.Inthefifthchapter,itcalculatedcircuitcomponentparameters,andachievedthehigh-frequencytransformerdesign,thenitcompletedthehardwarecircuitbuiltbasedonthecalculatedcomponentparametersandtestedthecircuitprosandconswork,andgetasatisfactoryresult
