AbstractFacing the dual pressure of resources and environment ，the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward clearly that significantmeasures concerning ecological progress should be taken . In the meantime，“Made in China” and “Green development” are the issues of most concern the most concern issues to public during two sessions. Meanwhile, Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in the Report on the Work of the Government to seek innovation-driven development, green development and redouble efforts toupgrade China from a manufacturer of quantity to the one of quality. However，from the perspective of current development in China, the lack of innovation capability has greatly hindering the process of sustainable development in China. With the booming development of knowledge-based economy, the knowledge and technological innovation has become a decisive factor to achieve competitive advantage of country or region. Knowledge is the core power of driving innovation whose advantages are obtained only by relying on continuous knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. The circular economy parks, the forerunner in the construction of ecological civilization, needs to break the barriers of various systems and mechanism of innovation, so as to promote knowledge sharing and integrate cooperative innovation. In this way, the innovation ability of circular economy parks can be formed. Thus the innovation and the core competence of the circular economy park can be constructed an d improved fundamentally, which has laid a solid foundation for its efficient and sustainable development.This thesis is based on the construction of collaborative innovation in the circular economy park from the perspective of knowledge sharing.
