家用冰箱情感体验设计研究摘要本文以与人们日常生活紧密相关的冰箱作为研究对象，运用情感体验设 计理念对冰箱的设计进行创新性研究。通过对唐纳德?诺曼的情感化设计理论及柳沙关于艺术的情感体验理论 进行分析和整理，补充和提炼出适合于产品的情感体验设计的层次及各层次 的构成要素，即感官层次、效能层次和反思层次。感官层次的构成要素包括 视觉、触觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉；效能层次构成要素包括功能、性能、易用 性；反思层次构成要素包括可回忆的、体现个人价值、个性化的。在对情感 体验的层次及其构成要素进行分析和总结基础上，提出了家用冰箱在各个层 次及构成要素上具体的设计表达内容。从用户背景因素和地理环境因素上将 用户群定位在哈尔滨地区29-40岁职业女性，分析出该群体的背景特征和情感 需求特征。用户调研以定性研究和定量研究相结合的方式进行。定性研究从对用户 背景信息的统计结果中选择典型用户进行入户调研，结果以文字和图片方式 加以记录，总结和分析出用户的冰箱使用情况及使用过程中存在的问题。定 量研究方法采用问卷调查法，问卷调查结果以量化的统计数据方式呈现，通 过分析数据了解该地区目标用户的整体需求及产品使用情况。从感官、效能 和反思层面将定性和定量的调研结果进行总结和分析，并将结果进行转化得 出用户在各个层面的需求及冰箱设计特征。根据分析得出的结果进行设计实 践，对冰箱的外观、各功能区等方面进行设计并给定色彩方案，根据人机工 程学的相关数据进行计算得出冰箱的主要尺寸。选取用户对设计结果进行评 价并对评价结果进行分析，验证了基于情感体验的冰箱设计满足了用户需求。关键词 冰箱；情感；体验设计；用户调研Research on Emotional Experience Design of Household RefrigeratorAbstractThis paper takes refrigerator as the research object, which is closely releva nt to people’s daily life, and use emotional experience design ideas for innovative research on the refrigerator.Analysis the emotional design theory of Donald Norman and the emotional experience theory about art of Liu Sha. On the basis of the analysis, this paper puts forward the deficiencies of the theories, supplements and extracts the levels and the levels’ elements which are appropriate for product emotion al experience design. The levels of the emotional experience design are sensory level, effective level and reflective level. The elements of sensory level are sight, touch, sound, smell and taste. The elements of the effective level are function, performance and usability. The elements of reflective level are memory, personal value and personalization. Based on the analysis and the summary of the levels and the elements, this paper puts forward the specific design expressing content of the household refrigerator.
