I I 教育病理学视野下的高等师范院校同质化研究 ——以安徽省为例 摘 要 近年来，乘我国高等教育大众化大力发展之东风，安徽省高等师范院校也 呈现快速发展的一片“繁荣”景象。短短几年的时间，十几所高等师范院校由 原来的大专学校升格为本科院校。在升格之路上，开始了模仿及与其它学校的 同质发展。诚然，同质发展是为很多高等师范院校在升格的道路上提供了参考， 少走弯路，节省了时间。但是，在发展的过程中，一味的照搬照抄而不合时宜 的追求“高”、“大”、“全”，无疑会带来高等师范院校的“病态发展”——同 质化。 当前，安徽省高等师范院校同质化是在其发展的过程中，在办学理念、目 标定位、专业设置、人才培养模式等方面日益趋同。学校没有自己的特色，学 生在几乎雷同的教育模式下，形成类似的思维模式和行为习惯，没有自己的个 性，丧失了创造能力，从而在人才市场上很难脱颖而出。同质化的人才难以满 足市场对多样化、多层次人才的需求，造成教育的结构型过度和毕业生就业难。 从教育病理学的视角分析安徽省高等师范院校同质化，主要表现在四个方面： 教育浪费；教育冲突；教育滞后和教育差别。 造成安徽省高等师范院校病态同质化发展的病因，从外源性致病因素看， 包括功利性观念、高校管理体制、资源配置模式、高校评估制度、传统文化和 大众心理因素。从内源性致病因素分析，包括行政化格局、单一的政绩观、教 育结构失衡、经济利益驱使、缺乏对市场需求的调查和预测等。 克服安徽省高等师范院校同质化，促使其健康发展，在理论层面，运用教 育生态位理念引导师范院校多元化，和谐发展；在制度层面，建立和完善高校 分类评估体系；在操作层面，运用市场竞争机制，形成社会、政府和学校三大 合力。只有如此，高等师范院校才能避免同质化，走上个性化、创新、可持续 发展之路。 关键词：高等师范院校；同质化；教育病理学 II II Higher Normal Colleges and Universities homogenization of Education pathology Perspective — Case of Anhui Province Abstract In recent years, with the general trend of development of the popularization of higher education, normal colleges and universities in Anhui Province also showed the rapid development of a prosperity scene. In just a few years’ time, the dozen normal colleges and universities have upgraded from colleges to universities. In the upgrading of the road, those normal colleges and universities began to imitate and homogeneously develop from other universities. Admittedly, homogeneous development in the upgrading of the road provides a reference for a lot of normal colleges and universities. It can avoid detours and save time.
