Ontheonehand,theservicetradeindustrydistributionisnotbalanced.Itfocusesonlabor intensiveindustry. Ontheother hand,theregional distributionisimbalance,suchas Beijing, Shanghai,ShenzhenandJiangsuthesedevelopedareawithadvancedfinance,insuranceandcomputerservice,comparedwiththoselessdevelopedarea,Sichuan,Guangxiand Hebeiprovincewithlaborintensiveindustry.Thecrisisofinternationalfinancetriggeredinternationaleconomicsystemto acceleratereformandglobalmanagementstructuretoadjustdeeply.Italsopushedthecountriestoaccelerateeconomicrestructuringandtransformdevelopmentalmethod，promotethefurtherofregionaleconomiccooperation.Themultinationalservicetransfer andthemainfactorsrestructuringastheprimaryofanewroundofinternationalindustry transfer,theytransferinashorttime.Thatjustprovidesararehistoricalopportunityfor Chineseservicetradeleapfrogdevelopment.Ourcountryhasenteredintothedeepeningofreformandopeningup,acrucialperiodoftransformationofthepatternofeconomicdevelopment.Intheprocessof transformationofthepatternof economicdevelopment,theexport-orientedeconomyoftheYangtzeriver delta andthe pearlriver deltaeconomic zonearefacing greater challenges.Increasinglyprominentcharacteristicsofserviceindustrystructureof Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiarea,theirregionaldevelopmentconformswelltothetrendand directionoffuturedevelopmentinourcountry.InApril2014,theintegrationoftheBeijing-Tianjin-Hebeiregionofficiallyrisentonationalstrategy.Beijing-Tianjin-HebeicustomsclearanceintegrationreformbeganinJuly2014,thefirstlaunchedthecustomsin BeijingandTianjincustoms.InOctober,Shijiazhuangcustomsalsoofficiallyjoined,thefullimplementationofintegrationrealizedinBeijing-Tianjin-Hebeicustomsclearance.Itwillpromotetradefacilitation,andfac
