ABSTRACTThe theory and study development on environmental programming are analyzed. Content and technical route on the environmental programming of small town have been discussed. Environmental protection layout (environment, air, water, noise) on Xipeng Distinct has been finished.The basic principle and technique are reviewed. Technical measures of environmental protection layout weaving, which are suitable to small town, have been put forward. The viscera and weaving program of small town environmental protection programming have been obtained.In the light of the relational principle and method the environmental trend and pollution load are forecasted. The environment protection plan, water environmental protection plan, air environmental protection plan and noise environmental protection plan have been formed. And some safeguard mechanism are planned to guarantee the implementation of the environmental programming.
