Then the world power balance becomes not balanced. Thus almost people think the rise of American start at the early twentieth century. But every country ’s rise has its process, Starting from the United States won their independence from England, the United States began to rise. Almost people including many scholars agree that the most important element is economy to influent the American ’s rise. So always put most of his attention on the research of the U.S. economy. Actually, the rise of the American and the political environment of that period the United States is a vital relationship, and the domestic political environment and the fate of the United States later are inseparable. So this article wants through to the rise of American domestic political environment in the process of study.
