中国移动支付的应用研究 摘要 在信息技术高速发展的今天，如何激发消费者与供应商之间的高效互动，是所有应用高新技术企业者的焦点话题。随着移动支付就是这样一种新型的营销平台。未来，移动支付将成为消费者生活不可或缺的一部分。而对于电信运营商，移动支付将成为增值业务的新亮点。而对于大众，用手机代替现金，支票即信用卡来支付，将改变传统的信用卡和现金支付，改变消费者行为方式。造就一场支付领域内的革命。 本课题首先要从国内外移动支付发展的状况出发，对移动支付的产业链和流程进行描述，对移动支付的运营原理及模式进行深入分析。详细介绍移动支付的技术实现形式，阐述中国移动支付发展现状及目前所面临的问题，如用户习惯和移动支付的安全问题等。最后是对移动支付的发展提出问题和相关建议。 课题要求： 1、了解移动支付概念及特色功能 2、了解国内外外移动支付的发展历史和特点 3、掌握移动支付运营原理及技术实现形式 4、熟悉移动支付的产业价值链的构成和系统实现流程 5、分析中国移动支付发展所面临的问题，并提出相关建议。 关键字：移动支付；增值业务；产业价值链；实现流程；技术实现形式 ABSTRACT How to stimulate the efficient interaction of the consumers and the supplier becomes all the high technique enterprisers’ concern in the day with rapid developments of information technology. The mobile payment is a new type of sale stage. In the future, the mobile payment will be necessary to consumers’ life, and become the new brightness of the incremental business to the telecom operator. It will change the conventional way of payment for consumers by using the phone instead of the cash and check, which will induce a revolution in the paying area. The thesis first starts from the worldwide development situation of mobile payment to describe its industrial chain and process, and analyze the operation principle and mode of the mobile payment. Then we present the technical realization of the mobile payment as well as the current development situation and problems, such as consumers’ habit and the safety of mobile payment etc. Finally, we arise several questions and suggestions about the development of mobile payment.
