不同方向透明角膜小切口白内障术后对角膜散光影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不同方向透明角膜小切口白内障术后对角膜散光的影响。 方法 我科接受透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术的患者共34例，按手术切口方向位于角膜曲率最大子午线方向或位于颞上方及鼻上方分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组，术后比较角膜散光的变化情况。结果 两组患者术后随着时间延长,手术角膜散光度均逐渐减小，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。两组患者的角膜散光度均在术后1周时较术前增加最多,但随着时间增加，角膜散光度也逐渐减小。 结论 采用透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入术进行白内障治疗前应根据患者的角膜散光情况特异性选择手术切口方向, 即在角膜曲率最大处子午线方向做透明角膜切口。 　　[关键词] 超声乳化白内障吸除术；人工晶状体；角膜散光度 　　[中图分类号] R779.66[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）10-0143-02 　　Effects on different transparent corneal incision direction corneal astigmatism after cataract surgery 　　Dilixiati·Kadier Kamili·Nuer 　　1.Department of Ophthalmology，the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University，Urumqi 830054，China；2.Department of Ophthalmology，Kezhou Peoples Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region，Kezhou 845350，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore different transparent corneal incision direction effect on corneal astigmatism after cataract surgery. Methods Applied clear corneal incision phacoemulsification and aspiration of cataract combined with intraocular lenses implantation in the treatment of 34 patients and the surgical incision direction above the maximum corneal curvature in Meridian direction or in the temporal lobe and two group above the nose are divided intoⅠ,Ⅱ, of comparison of corneal astigmatism after change. Results Two groups of patients after extension of the time, surgery of corneal astigmatism are diminishing, statistically significant differences. Two groups of patients with corneal spectrophotometry after 1 week before the operation the largest increase, with the extension of the time were gradually reduced.
