三足式离心机结构设计 摘 要 三足式人工上部卸料离心机是一种广泛应用于过程工业的分离悬浮液的离心分离机械。其运动方式是属于回转体运动，产生比较大的离心力将固液分离开来。目前国内外三足式离心机种类繁多，但基本构造都差不多。三足式离心机以其底座为三只支撑足而得名。基于在三足式离心机的原理模型，在其它领域的研究逐渐广泛。 通过机械设计，机械原理等设计内容，参考部分研究论文及文献，结合实验结果查阅相关书籍了解和计算出三足式离心机的结构尺寸。对三足式离心机转鼓和主轴进行强度校核，涉及其三维模型的构造和二维图，材料的选择，传动系统的设计，重点是转鼓和转轴的强度计算，最终设计出三足式离心机结构。 关键词：三足式离心机；结构设计；强度计算 Structure Design of Three - foot Centrifuge ??????????????????
