[Abstract] the deviation of employees motivation in enterprises requires that motivation should be individualized, and that motivation should be linked with contribution. Motivation should be linked with needs, motivation should be in line with personality, and encouragement should be consistent with development. The principle of stimulating individuality includes the flexibility of incentive means, the diversification of incentive methods, the flexibility of incentive methods, the embodiment of incentive measures and the high efficiency of incentive effect.
Incentive bias needs individuation
Employee motivation is one of the key problems in human resource management, which directly affects enterprise performance.
