1. Free talks:
Health is really important to all of us. There’s a Chinese saying like: 健康两字值千金。So how can we stay healthy? Now, let’s have a talk about this.
2. Show students a picture and ask: Look at this picture, what are they doing? And which is your favourite?
Then show the title of the lesson and lecture the new words as well.
eg:
well, heart, active, pet, member, take part (in sth.), then, daily, weak, exercise
Watch pictures learn some new words.
