Electronic wastes pollution, the new kind pollution has become another big social problem perplexing the development of human society already.Showing some pictures of researching Guiyu town,this paper introuduce the polution statues that China has a large number of E-waste , and discusses harms of electronic refuse and delayed management of it in china,and puts forward countermeasures of controlling it. The first part of this thesis start from the concept, characteristic and the pollution reality of electronic wastes,then it analyzed the damage to ecological environment and pointed out the question existing in the management system and the reasons.The second part of this thesis afford to some meaningful suggestions through introduced the management and legislative experiences from foreign countries. From two levels the third part of this thesis pointed out the questions exist the E-wast elegislation and described the guidelinesand basic principles that constructs electronic wastes in our country .Offering the some legal system of valuable research proposal for legislation of electronic wastes management is hope of this thesis.
