温拌沥青混凝土薄层罩面技术在路面修复中应用 　　摘要：随着公路沥青路面的不断建成和投入使用，在环境因素、气候条件、结构设计、交通量、车辆超载等因素的影响下，沥青路面不可避免地出现了各类早期病害，如何采取经济、高效、合理的养护方法减少各类病害的发生，恢复沥青路面结构的功能，延长道路使用寿命，是当前公路沥青路面养护的一大难题。薄层罩面是一种经济合理的路面修复方式，可以有效防止品质正在下降的路面继续恶化，改善其平整度，恢复抗滑阻力，校正路面的轮廓，对路面有一定的补强作用。薄层罩面在施工中最大的困难是层面较薄、容易冷却，因而不易达到较高的密实度，温拌沥青混凝土技术可以使沥青混合料在相对较低的温度下拌和与施工。通过降低沥青混合料的拌和与摊铺温度，达到降低沥青混合料生产过程中的能耗与CO2等气体及粉尘排放量的目的，同时保证温拌沥青混合料具有与热拌沥青混合料基本相同的路用性能和施工和易性，并保证压实度。本文结合近年来在山东日兰高速公路、河北石黄高速公路、安徽芜宣高速公路养护中采用的温拌沥青混凝土薄层罩面施工技术及经验，介绍了温拌沥青混凝土薄层罩面技术的配合比设计、施工工艺、质量控制及相关注意事项等。 　　关键词：温拌沥青混凝土；薄层罩面；配合比设计；施工 　　Abstract: with the road asphalt roadbed constantly built and put into use, the environmental factors, climate conditions, structural design, under the influence of factors such as traffic volume, vehicle overloading, inevitably appeared all kinds of early diseases of asphalt pavement, and how to take economic, efficient and reasonable curing method reducing the occurrence of various diseases, and restore the function of asphalt pavement structure, prolong the service life of road, is a big problem to the current highway asphalt pavement maintenance.
