浅谈目前城市轨道交通项目中影响成本问题及解决办法 　　摘要：随着经济快速发展，城市规模扩涨，人口数量快速增长，机动车数量猛增，使得城市交通拥堵日益严重，为了有效解决交通拥堵问题，政府有关部门采取了大量措施，其中优先发展轨道交通就是重要的措施之一。但是由于轨道交通建设投资费用比较高昂，这就要求投资方必须拥有雄厚的资金实力，同时也要求负责建设的管理单位应高度重视对工程项目成本的控制。轨道交通项目工期长，技术复杂、涉及专业多、投资额巨大，牵涉的部门和人员广，且项目的实际费用是在项目建设的各个阶段形成的。只有在项目建设的各个阶段，充分调动各方积极性，制定正确合理的管理制度，制定切实可行实施方案，充分利用各方优势，降低建设成本，提高资金效益，努力将各阶段建设费用控制在计划之内，才能保证整个项目的投资控制目的实现，但是需要强调的是对成本控制的前提是在保证工程质量和工期的前提下进行的。本文主要分析目前轨道交通项目中从设计到竣工结算阶段存在的影响成本的问题以及提出相应的解决办法。 　　关键词：城市轨道交通项目；成本控制；解决办法 　　Abstract: with the rapid economic development, urban scale expansion, rapid population growth, motor vehicle number soared, make urban traffic congestion increasingly serious, in order to effectively solve the problem of traffic congestion, the relevant government departments to take a lot of measures, including priority to the development of rail transit is one of important measures.
