均质压燃与低温燃烧燃烧技术研究进展与展望
摘 要 :从“均质压燃、低温燃烧”新一代内燃机燃烧理论的演化,汽油燃料“均质压燃、低温燃烧”技术发展,柴油燃料“均质压燃、低温燃烧”和“均质压燃、低温燃烧”燃料特性等4个方面,介绍了国内外“均质压燃、低温燃烧”燃烧技术的研究进展。在此基础上,对未来新一代内燃机燃烧技术的发展进行了展望。文章认为,除满足日益严格的有害排放法规外,内燃机节能成为内燃机燃烧技术进步的另一重要驱动力,扩展高效清洁运行工况范围仍是“均质压燃、低温燃烧”燃烧技术需要解决的一个难题,基于“超高燃烧压力、废气稀释、低散热低温燃烧和可变热力循环”是未来“均质压燃、低温燃烧”燃烧技术发展的重要方向,燃烧过程“精细化”控制是实现高效清洁燃烧目标的关键。

Review and Prospect of the Combustion Technology of Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition and Low Temperature Combustion

Abstract:Combustion technologies of homogeneous charge compression ignition(HCCI) and low temperature combustion(LTC) were reviewed in this paper which consists four parts, i.e., the evolvement of combustion theory based on HCCI and LTC, the development of HCCI and LTC using gasoline fuel, the development of HCCI and LTC using diesel fuel, and the effect of fuel properties on HCCI and LTC. On the basis of review, the future research directions in combustion technologies of a new generation of engines were discussed. It is obvious that energy saving is another impetus on the development of combustion technology of engines besides achieving the increasingly stringent emission regulations. Extending the operating range of high efficiency and clean combustion is still a difficult thing to solve. The important development directions on HCCI and LTC are super-high combustion pressure, exhaust gas dilutions, combustion process with lower heat loss, and variable thermodynamic cycles. The sophisticated control on combustion processes is the key problem to achieve the high efficiency and clean combustion.
