Remot e Cont r olSyst em and Mai n Cont r olSyst em ofAut o Char tPr oj ect orDesi gnAbst r actThis project mainly based on the eye optical system, using projection technology, designs a special examination for eye refraction acuity chart projection with the optical core, Auto Chart Projector. Auto Chart Projector is a combination high-tech product of optical imaging, electronic control, precision machinery and microprocessor. This accomplishment of this design project can improve the domestic technical target of Auto Chart Projector to international standard and eliminate the Japan and South Koreas monopoly position in this area. The primary task of the author’s project is to achieve as infrared remote control system of Auto Chart Projector and main control system. In this paper, complete the following task:First of all, this paper introduces an overview and basic structure of Auto Chart Projector and its principles. And introduces the basic correlative knowledge of remote control technology and electrical technology.Second, it achieves the coded modulation and launch of a remote control signal by the key matrix, remote control chip HL50462 and infrared transmitter. In addition, it achieves optical signal amplification, demodulation and decoding of a remote control by remote control receiver and MCU-51. Then, the entire functions of the remote control system are eventually carried out.Third, using MCU-51 as the core, the projector main control system is achieved by the CPU controller module, stepper motor module, high power LED Driver Module and power modules together. Especially, motor drive control circuit is the focus design of this system.
