摘要最近几十年，随着经济列车的不断加速，我国进入了环境高风险时期，各种环境污染事件层出不穷。环境问题已成为国内乃至世界的“热点”话题，而被列为“罪魁祸首”的企业也理所当然地成为了社会各界重点关注和讨论的对象。企业、政府和社会团体作为环保支出的三个主体，在整个环境支出中的分布是极不均衡的，其中政府环保支出所占比重较大，而企业和社会团体的贡献率较小。企业作为盈利主体，其环保支出在带来生态效益的同时是否能带来经济效益？回答上述问题有助于了解企业的环保支出行为是否同其它经营支出行为一样遵循追本逐利的经济规律。借鉴国内外学者已有的研究成果，本文以新古典经济学理论、企业技术创新理论、利益相关者理论、企业社会责任理论为基础，分析了我国企业环保支出的现状，并对环保支出行为是否会带来经济效益这一问题做了初步研究。最终，本文以我国上交所和深交所上市的A股公司2008-2013年的经验数据为样本，研究了企业的环保支出行为是如何影响企业的财务绩效，并进一步探讨了不同行业属性下企业环保支出对财务绩效的影响是否存在差异。研究结果表明：企业的环保支出存在不足；重污染行业比非重污染行业投入更多的环保资金；企业环保支出规模与财务绩效呈先递减后递增的“U”型关系，并且重污染行业下企业环保支出行为对财务绩效的影响相比非重污染行业更大。综合来看，我国企业的环保意识较为薄弱，环保支出的力度还有待加强；大多数企业仅关注现行环境保护行为所付出的成本，忽视了其带来的长远经济利益。关键词：企业环保支出；财务绩效；重污染行业；非重污染行业AbstractInrecentdecades,aseconomicgrowthaccelerated,ourcountryentersaperiodofhighenvironmentalrisk,allkindsofpollutioneventsemergeinendlessly.Environmentproblemhasbecomeahottopicintheworldandtheenterprisewhichislistedasculprithasreasonablybecometheobjectthatneedsspecialattention.Asthethreemainbodyofenvironmentalexpenditure,thedistributionofenterprises,governmentandsocialorganizationsisveryunequal.Thecontributionrateofthegovernmentislargerandthatoftheenterprisesandsocialorganizationsaresmaller.Cancorporateenvironmentalspendingbringtheeconomicbenefits?Answeringthequestionwillhelptounderstandwhetherenterpriseenvironmentalexpenditureconformtotheeconomiclawofchasingtheprofit.Accordingtothenewclassicaleconomicstheory,enterprisetechnologyinnovationtheory,stakeholdertheoryandcorporatesocialresponsibilitytheory,thepaperanalyzesthepresentsituationoftheenvironmentalexpenditure,andmakesapreliminarystudyonthebenefitsofenterpriseenvironmentalexpenditure.Intheend,basedonthedataoflistedcompaniesfrom2008to2013,thearticlestudieshowtheenterpriseenvironmentalspendinginfluencethefinancialperformanceandfurtherdiscussestheproblemwhetherenvironmentalexpenditurehavedifferentimpactonfinancialperformanceunderdifferentindustries.Theresearchfoundthat:Firstly,enterpriseenvironmentalexpenditureareinsufficient.Secondly,heavypollutionindustryinvestsmoreenvi
