AbstractInrecentyears,integralformingsubstitutingweldingingroupsispaidattentioninmanyrespectstoimprovetheperformanceofstructureofshellinaviationandautomobileindustry.Thin-wallpartswithvariablediameterareoneofthemodels.Inthispaper,experimentalandfiniteelementstudyofstainlessthin-wall(1Cr18Ni9Ti)partsofvariablediameterwithviscousmediumouterpressurecompressionformingarecarriedoutforthenewformingmethodofthin-wallpartswithvariablediameterwithviscousmediumouterpressurecompression,.Compressionbehaviorwiththetwoconditionsofendfixingandendfreeisanalyzedbyanalyticexpression.Characteristicofstress-strainwithendfixingandcriticalpressureinbucklingwithendfixingandendfreeareconfirmed.Criticaldimensionofwrinklesofspecimenwhichcanbebanishedisproposedduringviscousmediumouterpressurecompressionprocess.Theinfluenceofinjectionloadingonthedistributionofpressurefieldofviscousmediumandinfluenceofthetowconditionsonthecompressionprocessofspecimenareanalyzedbyfiniteelementmethod.Andtheinfluenceruleofdiameterandwallthickness,lengthofcompressionregionandtheratiooflengthtodiameteronthestabilityandmagnitudeofcompressionlimitandvariationofwallthicknessandcharacteristicofstrainofspecimenisconfirmedundertheconditionofendfixing.Experimentsarecarriedouttovalidatetheresultsoffiniteelement.Resultsshowthattheabilityofspecimentoresistbucklingcanbeimprovedbyrestrictingendsmaterialflowingtocompressionregionundertheconditionofendfixing.Withtheendfixingcondition,themagnitudeofcompressionlimitisincreasingastheincreasingofdiameterofspecimen;howeverthemagnitudeofcompressionlimitisdecreasingastheincreasingoflengthofcompressionregionandtheratiooflengthtodiameterwhicharecoincidentwithfiniteelement’s.Keywordsviscousmediumpressureforming;compression;thin-wallpartwithvariablediameter;compressionlimit目录摘要......................................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................
