摘要随着海洋石油开发技术的崛起，石油的开采日益兴旺，同时海洋石油的开发也成为海洋工业的一个挑战。人们越来越多地关注海洋平台的建造施工，如何高质高效地完成海洋石油平台的建造施工，成为了业主及企业均关心的问题。本论文详细论述了陆丰 13-2 油田平台组块、秦皇岛 32-6 油田井口平台组块陆地施工中不同的建造工艺流程和方法，从甲板片预制到组块结构空间和组块的一体化建造，分析比较了不同的建造工艺，以得到更为合理经济的施工方法。陆丰 13-2 油田和秦皇岛 32-6 油田都是海洋石油工程股份有限公司重要的油气开发项目。比较甲板片正反造方法，从建造周期、人力投入、施工难度等方面分析了正反造工艺方法的优劣，得出适用于甲板片反造的甲板片。对于分块预制和整体预制的施工工艺，通过陆丰 13-2 油田平台组块采用的两种工艺，在施工工效、施工工期等方面进行了较完整的分析。对于空间安装工艺，通过对秦皇岛 32-6 油田两个组块采用的 ROW 片立片工艺和甲板片整体逐层安装两种空间建造工艺进行分析比较，得出甲板片整体逐层安装施工方法，方便了施工和管理，降低了设备、材料的消耗，提高了工作效率，而且该建造流程值得在其它项目中予以推广应用。随着组块建造工艺的不断发展，本文也初步讨论了甲板片焊接控制变形工艺和组块一体化建造的工艺，通过不断的革新提高施工效率，降低施工成本。本论文通过对组块的预制和安装工艺进行的研究，对不同结构的组块及甲板片的对比分析，为其他井口平台组块的陆地建造提供了参考，对今后海洋平台建造具有广阔的应用前景和重要的借鉴意义。关键词：组块甲板正反造分块预制整体预制一体化 ABSTRACTWith the development of onshore and offshore storage of fresh water consumption of resources, the oil is booming, while the development of offshore oil has become a challenge of marine industry. The construction of offshore oil platform is also more and more attention, how to high quality and efficient construction of offshore oil platform, has become a universal concern investors and engineering problem. This paper discusses in detail the different construction process and method of LF13-2 oil platform module, QHD32-6 oilfield wellhead platform block land construction, built from deck fabrication to module structure space and module integration, analyzes the different construction technology, construction method to determine more the reasonable economy.LF13-2 oilfield and QHD32-6 oilfield is an important oil and gas development project of Offshore Oil Engineering Corp. Through the analysis and comparison of the deck plate and manufacturing method thereof, from the period of construction, human input, the difficulty of construction and other aspects of the positive and negative processing methods that apply to the deck, the deck plate making, can quickly complete the smaller weight, deck plate with regular structure. Through the analysis of LF13-2 oil p
