摘 摘 要万方数据万方数据胶凝砂砾石材料抗压试验研究摘 要胶凝砂砾石材料是一种新筑坝材料，是在天然级配的河床砂砾石料中掺入少 量的胶凝材料（水泥和粉煤灰），将砂砾石料胶结或者部分胶结，用该种材料筑 坝优势明显：（1）水泥用量少，产生的水化热小，在施工和后期运行中可不考虑 温控措施；（2）骨料来源广泛，对骨料要求低，河床开挖砂砾石或者废弃料不需 要经过筛分即可直接使用；（3）胶凝砂砾石材料可以降低工程对环境的影响。胶 凝砂砾石材料坝是一种新坝型，也是一种环境友好型坝。本文结合水利部公益性行业科研专项经费项目《胶凝砂砾石材料力学特性、 耐久性及坝型研究》，对胶凝砂砾石材料进行常规的抗压试验，对材料特性进行 试验研究，旨在确定胶凝砂砾石材料抗压强度指标与胶凝材料用量和骨料级配之 间的变化规律。本文主要研究内容如下：1、 收集和整理与胶凝砂砾石材料有关的资料，了解该种材料的发展历史， 了解与该课题相关的研究动态。2、 对试验原材料的基本性能进行研究，针对粗骨料筛分提出了新的筛分方 法，并结合相关报告和拟建工程对影响试验配合比的因素进行分析，制定本试验 的配合比。3、 通过抗压基本力学性能试验，研究和分析了粉煤灰掺量、砂率、水胶比 三个因素对胶凝砂砾石材料立方体抗压强度、圆柱体轴心抗压强度与静力抗压弹 性模量的影响；并采用极差法分析了粉煤灰掺量、砂率、水胶比在胶凝砂砾石材 料抗压指标中所占的权重关系。关键词：胶凝砂砾石材料；力学性能；粉煤灰掺量；水胶比；砂率I华北水利水电大学硕士学位论文华北水利水电大学硕士学位论文IIABSTRACTABSTRACTRESEARCH ON COMPRESSIVE TEST OF CSG MATERIALABSTRACTCement Sand and Gravel（CSG）material refers to natural gradation of river bed gravel mixed with a small amount of cement and fly ash, making the sand and gravel cementation or partial cementation which is a new dam material, so this dam material has many advantage:(1)low cement consumption, low hydration heat, so the construction for temperature controls does not exist.(2)aggregate sources is so extensive, and the low requirement of aggregate, dam bed excavated sand gravel and hub building excavation discarded gravel can be directly used without screening;(3)CSG material can reduce the impact of construction to environment.
