IIIAbstractEffects of pouring process on Vacuum Counter pressure Casting Filling Flow of Thin-wall Aluminum has great theoretical and practical significance. As the thin wall castings, The filling process has mean a lot for Vacuum Counter pressure Casting.In this paper, simulation and experiments in both directions for different filling pressure,different thickness,different thin-walled parts gating system filling the vacuum pressure casting process.The Simulator of Procast to simulation the vacuum pressurecasting of aluminum alloy filling process. The simulation results show that:When thepressure difference larger. The liquid metal in the process of filling a certain extent will be reverse fill. And if the pressure difference about filling pressure is small,There is thephenomenon of liquid metal attached to wall. In the secondary runner pouring conditions thickness under the same pressure has less impact on the filling pattern; vacuum pressure casting filling process, with the increase in wall thickness, filling stability was reduced, with the pressure increases, the filling rate of increase in filling time shorter.In addition, Experimental in the self-made vacuum pressure casting machine about intelligent control with the electrode contact method of thin-walled aluminum alloy under three different flow patterns. Test results show by the contact electrode methodthat:Reverse fill will easy to appear when pressure larger、thicker wall casting. mobilitypatterns of liquid metal are more disordered;The main burden of supporting the allocation of runner flow to ensure a reasonable flow pattern, so that liquid metal in the pouring system unit and the mold cavity flow pattern of the smooth filling patterns canimprove the jet.
