摘要 SF6由于其十分优越的绝缘特性、散热性以及灭弧特性，在上个世纪六十年代就已经开始在电力系统的高压电气设备中得到了应用。SF6气体已经有了百年的历史，在起初的时候它是由法国的两位化学家家Moissan和Lebeau在1900年人工合成的一种惰性气体。在上世纪40年代用于曼哈顿的核计划。1947年，SF6开始用于电力工业。SF6为正八面体的分子结构，负电性和导热性优良。由于比空气高几十倍的负电性，SF6拥有良好的绝缘性质，因此常常在高压开关设备中用于绝缘和熄弧，让开关的特性得到大大的提高。温度比较低的时候SF6拥有比空气更好的导热性，因此可以作为灭弧戒指，不但可以通过气吹的方式在弧区排出能量，而且也可以利用能量转化的方式吸收大量的能量。因此SF6拥有良好的灭弧特性。另外，SF6气体不容易燃烧、不容易爆炸，而且击穿场强是空气的2.5-3倍。所以，使用SF6气体的设备可以大幅度的减少占地面积。因此，现在SF6气体作为一种绝缘介质在各种超高压和高压设备中占据了十分重要的地位。同时，也在中压设备如SF6负荷开关、断路器、高压开关成套设备中得到了应用。在众多的电气设备中，SF6在他们的安全运行中起到了关键的作用。 本次论文的主要内容是通过SF6的分解生成物的分析找到一种合适的方法来检测高压的故障的种类，为后续的检测修理提供一定的依据。关键词：SF6；放电故障；支持向量机AbstractSF6 is superior because of its insulating properties, heat resistance and arc extinguishing properties, in the last 1960s has begun to be applied in high voltage electrical power system equipment.
