CoxA16感染不同病情手足口病患者NK细胞表达变化及临床意义 　　【摘要】 目的：分析探讨NK细胞在CoxA16感染的不同病情手足口病（hand-foot-mouth disease，HFMD）患者中的表达差异及临床意义。方法：收集2015年4-8月本院感染科确诊的CoxA16感染HFMD病例外周血标本54例，按临床表现分为普通型组（16例）、重型组（18例）和危重型组（20例）；同时，收集EV71感染重型HFMD病例18例作为对照组。患者年龄均为15～24个月。采用流式细胞术对上述外周血标本中NK细胞进行检测。结果：与正常健康儿童NK细胞参考值比较，普通型患者中NK细胞在淋巴细胞亚群中的相对百分比明显增高，而在重症病例中，重型患者NK细胞相对百分比降低，危重型病例NK细胞却显著升高。普通型组与重症组（包括重型组及危重型组）及重型组与危重型组组间NK细胞百分比比较差异均有统计学意义（P中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　【关键词】 NK细胞； CoxA16； 手足口病； EV71； 临床意义 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare and analyze the different expression of NK lymphocytes subset in peripheral blood in children with different severity degree of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD） after CoxA16 infection.Method：The peripheral blood samples of 54 CoxA16 infected patients from the confirmed cases with foot-and-mouth disease in the infectious disease department in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2015 were collected and devided into 3 groups according to the difference of severity degree，16 patients in the mild cases group，18 in the severe cases group，and 20 in critical illness cases group. separately.The other 18 peripheral blood samples of EV71 infected severe HFMD patients were selected as the control group.All the patients aged 15 to 24 months.The expression of NK lymphocyte in all cases above were detected by flow cytometry.Result：Compared to the reference value of NK cells in healthy children，the percentage of NK cells in peripheral blood was obviously elevated in the mild cases group，while it showed decreasing expression in the severe cases group patients but evident increasing in the critical illness cases group.Moreover，it had significantly differences between either the mild cases group and the two severe symptom cases（contain the severe cases group and critical illness cases group） or the severe cases group and critical illness cases group（P 　　【Key words】 NK cells； Coxsackievirus A16； Hand-foot-mouth disease； EV71； Clinical significance 　　First-author’s address：Kunming Children’s Hosp
