2015年上海地区样本医院用药数据分析 　　摘 要 本文运用近5年上海地区样本医院药品购入数据，与全国22城市地区样本医院的增长幅度进行对比，并从用药大类的份额占比变化、医院使用领先药品及主要供应商位序、药品的来源构成与生产商的主打品种等维度研究分析医院用药品种的变化及厂商的竞争情况。上海地区样本医院无论在用药水平、临床品种选取或药品来源的选择等方面都有其特殊性，招标规范化与用药的合理性使合资药与国产药的竞争难分伯仲，销售领先的厂商及其主打品种的地位变化不大。随着分级诊疗的深入实施将会使基层医院用药品种增多与金额增大，或会影响二三级医院用药金额的增长幅度。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　关键词 样本医院 医院用药 数据分析 　　中图分类号：F713.52 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）11-0052-05 　　Analysis of medication data of sample hospitals in Shanghai in 2015 　　XU Peihong1*， GAN Rongfu2**（1. Ltd.， Shanghai 200051， China） 　　ABSTRACT The change of varieties of drugs used in hospital and the competition status among manufacturers are studied by comparison of the data on the growth rate of total amount of drugs purchased in the sample hospitals in Shanghai in past 5 years with those in 22 sample hospitals in other urban areas of China in terms of the change of the share of drug categories， leading medicines in hospitals and the rank of their major suppliers， the sources of drugs and the manufacturer’s major varieties. The conclusion is that the hospitals in Shanghai have their particularity in terms of the level of medication， the selection of the clinical varieties and the source of the drugs. The standardization of bidding and the rational use of medicines make the joint-stock and home-made drugs near equals. The dominant positions in the market are difficult to be beaten for the leading pharmaceutical companies and their major varieties.
