慢性酒精性肝炎患者肝炎标志物检测及临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析酒精性肝炎患者肝炎病毒的检验结果。 方法 收集我院2012年3～12月诊断和治疗的酒精性肝炎患者168例，检测AST、ALT、GGT、HBsAg。 结果 酒精性肝炎患者中HBsAg阳性率16.7%。酒精性肝炎合并乙肝病毒感染患者的ALT、AST、GGT水平明显较高。18例有疲惫乏力症状，占64.29%；21例合并食欲不振、腹胀等，占75.00%；15例合并有皮肤、巩膜、尿液变黄，占53.57%。 结论 酒精性肝炎患者应进行肝炎病毒检测，以充分认识疾病进展。 　　[关键词] 酒精性肝炎；乙肝病毒；检验 　　[中图分类号] R69；R57 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）32-0046-03 　　Test results analysis of alcoholic hepatitis patients with B virus infection 　　DU Yang1 YU Changcheng2 YANG Jin3 　　1.Zhejiang Elderly Care Hospital， Hangzhou 310015， China；2.Riverside District Peoples Hospital of Hangzhou， Hangzhou 310015， China； 3.Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital， Zhejiang University School of Medicine， Hangzhou 310000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the test results of alcoholic hepatitis patients with B virus infection. Methods A total of 168 patients with alcoholic hepatitis diagnozed and treated in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2012 were collected. AST， ALT， GGT， HbsAg were detected. Results The positive rate in patients with alcoholic hepatitis was 16.7%. ALT， AST， GGT levels in patients with alcoholic hepatitis and patients of alcoholic combined hepatitis B virus infection were significantly higher. 18 cases had symptoms of fatigue， fatigue， which accounted for 64.29%. There were 21 cases with loss of appetite， bloating， accounting for 75.00%. 15 cases had the symptoms of yellow skin， sclera， urine， accounting for 53.57%. Conclusion Patients with alcoholic hepatitis should accept hepatitis B virus detection in order to fully understand the progress of the alcoholic hepatitis， mastering the change of illness. 　　[Key words] Alcoholic hepatitis； Hepatitis B virus； Inspection 　　酒精性肝病（alcoholic liver disease， ALD）是长期饮酒所导致的肝脏疾病总称，包括酒精性肝炎、脂肪肝、肝纤维化、酒精性肝硬化、肝细胞癌等，是我国仅次于病毒性肝炎的肝病发生原因[1]。其中酒精性肝炎患者常合并有慢性肝炎，这与我国居民的饮食习惯、营养状况、酒精含量、遗传因素（基因多态性）、乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染等因素有关，但可能会加重原有的病情，影响患者的身体健康[2]。本文选择我院2012年3～12月治疗的168例酒精性肝炎患者的肝炎病毒检验结果进行分析，现将报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　收集我院2012年3～12月诊断和
