西安石油大学本科毕业设计（论文）PAGE 管道完整性评价技术研究摘 要：油气管道是一个国家生命线工程的重要组成部分，在国民经济中占有重要的地位，油气管道的发展使得其安全可靠性问题日益突出。对油气长输管道系统进行完整性评价进而实行完整性管理，对于管道的安全运行具有十分重要的意义。目前我国油气管道大都进入“老龄期”，各种事故呈上升趋势。为了保证管道的安全、平稳运行，管道的完整性评价技术研究巫待开展。本文介绍了国内外管道完整性评价技术的研究现状，以及完整性评价技术的主要内容及目的，简述了国内外管道完整性评价技术今后的研究重点和发展趋势。本文还着重讲述了漏磁检测技术的操作方法，以及管道漏磁腐蚀检测技术在陕京线的应用，并讨论了目前实际应用存在的问题和改进措施。关键词：油气；管道；完整性；泄漏检测The Technology of Pipeline Integrity AssessmentAbstract：Oil and gas pipeline is the lifeline of a country an important part of the project, It plays an important role in the national economy, making the development of oil and gas pipeline safety and reliability of its problems have become increasingly prominent. On oil and gas pipeline system integrity assessment and then implement integrity management, the safe operation of the pipeline is of great significance. Currently most of Chinas oil and gas pipelines into the aging period all kinds of accidents rise. To ensure the safety of pipelines and smooth operation, the integrity assessment of pipeline technology research to be carried out witch. This paper introduces the technology of pipeline integrity assessment of the status quo for the actual situation of Chinas active pipeline, proposed the active pipeline integrity concept and integrity of the evaluation techniques of the main content and purpose, outlines the domestic and international pipeline integrity valuation of its future research priorities and trends.
