摘要随着生产方式的提高，科学技术的发展，人们改造自然的能力也越来越强，全世界范围内，特别是一些发展中国家的城市化进程加快，越来越多的人口涌入城市，导致城市急速膨胀。而在取得经济快速发展的同时，也产生很多的城市问题：环境恶化、能源紧缺、污染严重，像是近几年的SARS(SevereAcuteRespiratorySyndrome)等传染病的兴起，都或多或少与人们过度开采大自然、对赖以生存的环境的保护缺乏有关……进入二十世纪六十年代以来，在大城市的布局形态上，我国城市逐渐由封闭式的单一中心的城市布局渐渐变为开敞式多中心的城市布局，新的城市中心如雨后春笋般冒出来，城市中心的规划设计发展迅猛。而随着人们对人与自然环境资源协调发展的日益重视，绿色城市中心逐渐成为我国城市中心规划建设中出现的一种新趋向。本论文探源绿色城市中心的国内外发展历程，对绿色城市中心在我国发展的特殊国情进行考察，分析绿色城市中心的空间与景观特征，论文探讨了绿色城市中心的尺度特点，研究了绿色城市中心的功能构成、空间形态、用地布局以及公共建筑等规划设计要素，并以合肥示范区的中心规划设计为例，围绕开放式空间格局、公共性功能设置、衔接城市脉理及溶解公建边界等方面阐述了绿色城市中心的营造特点与手法。关键词：风景园林公园绿地绿色城市中心尺度规划设计AbstractWiththeimprovementofmodeofproductionandscienceandtechnology,theabilitytoremadethenaturearegrowingbetter.Aroundtheworld,especiallyinsomedevelopingcountries,urbanizationwillbefurtheraccelerated.Somanypeoplearegoingtothecities;itledtotrapidexpansionofcities.Whenwegettheachievementofrapideconomicgrowth,inthesametime,therearealotofurbanproblems:environmentaldegradation,energyshortages,seriouspollution,suchasSARS(SevereAcuteRespiratorySyndrome),swineinfluenzaandotherinfectiousdiseasesmakemanypeoplegotsick.Allofthesehavetherelationshipwiththeover-exploitationofnatureandthelackofthesurvivalprotectionoftheenvironment......Whatcanwedo?Shallwecontinuetomakelargercities?Orweshouldtrytoadoptmorerationalmethodstocontinuethedevelopment?Sincethesixtiesoftwentiethcentury,thepatternofcitylayoutofourcountryhasbeenchangedalot.Thecenterofcityhasbeenchangedfromonlyonesinglecentertomulti-center.Moreandmorecentreofcitieshavenbeenfounded,theurbanplanninganddesignofcitycenterisdevelopingfast.Withmoreseriouslyontherelationshipofhumanandnaturalresources,thegreencitycentersbecomeanewtrenddevelopment.Thepaperinquiresintothedevelopmentofurbancentershomeandabroad,anditmakesthestudyofthedevelopmentofGreencitycenterinChina.Thepaperanalysesthefeatureofthespaceandlandscapeofgreencitycentersanddiscussesthescaleofgreencitycenters.Besides,thepaperalsostudiesthefunctionandspatialpatterns.Italsodiscussestheplanninganddesignofthepublicbuildings.WithHefei
