沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文AbstractMagnesiumalloysisthelightestmetalstructuralmaterial,withlowdensity,highspecificstrengthandspecificstiffness,goodelectromagneticshielding,etc.Soithasagoodprospectofapplication.Theformingofmagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankovercomestheshortcomingsoftheseparationofformingorthewholeforming.Asoneofkeytechnologiesofautomobilelightweight,itwaswidelyconcernedintheautomotivemanufacturingfield.Inthiscontext,thispaperfocussedonthemagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankformingcontrolandappliedresearch.Specificallyincludethefollowingaspects.TheAZ31-AZ80magnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankswiththethicknessof0.8mmwerepreparedbytungstenACTIGwelding.Andtheheattreatmentprocessafterweldingwasresearched.Whentheannealingprocessis300℃×60min,themagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankwhichhasgoodmechanicalpropertiesandweldedjointsfinegrainsizeisgot;Thestampingformingprocessofmagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankautomotivepanelwasstudiedbyusingMsc.Marcfiniteelementanalysissoftware.Analysingtheinfluencetomagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankautomotivepanelstampingcausedbydifferentparameters,andthelawofweldmigrationunderdifferentparameters,Theyareusefultooptimizedthemoldstructureandformingprocess;Accordingtothethestampingofmagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblank,asetofstampingdieforstampingexperimentalofautomobilebodypartsofmagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankisdeveloped.Andtheexperimentalstudiesshowsthatmoldisreasonable;Theformingpropertiesofthepreparedmagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankwastestedbytheexperimentalstudythatthemagnesiumalloytailor-weldedblankautomotivepanelstamping.Theexperimentalresultswerebasicallyconsistentwiththenumericalsimulation.Thebestparametersweredeterminedthatthetemperatureform300℃to350℃andthepunchingspeedfrom0.1mm/sto0.2mm/s.沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文Keywords:magnesiumalloys,tailor-weldedblank,automotivepanel,stamping,numericalsimulation第1章绪论第1章绪论1.1概述镁合金被誉为21世纪的绿色工程材料,其强度高于铝合金和钢,有着优良的机加工性能,且加工成本低,加工能量也仅为铝的70%;镁合金表面喷涂附着能力强,色彩选择多样,其减振性和磁遮性都远优于铝合金。在目前实际应用的金属结构材料中镁合金是最轻,所以随着全世界对汽车安全、节能和环保的要求越来越高,镁合金的应用受到了各
