ResearchontheGreenlogisticsCapacitatedVehicleRoutingProblemBasedonParallelAntColonyAlgorithmABSTRACTForthelogisticsenterprises,theincreasinglyrisingoffuelspriceshasgreatlyhurtitsprofitabilityandthehealthydevelopmentoftheindustry.Fortheenvironment,thegreenhousegasesandseriouspollutiongeneratedbythecombustionoffossilfuelsaregettingworseandworse.ForChina,theenergysupplyisheavilydependentonimportsandhasnovoiceinfuelpricessettingsoftheinternationalmarket.Fromtheperspectiveofenvironmentalprotection,nationalenergysecuritystrategy,businessoperations,itisveryimportantforustoreducethefuelconsumptionofthevehiclesinthelogisticsandtransportandachievesustainableeconomicdevelopment.ThispapercutinthecurrentissuesfromVRPperspective,hopingtoreducethefuelconsumptioninthelogisticsanddistributionprocessthroughbetterpathplanning,becausethemostfuel-efficientpathesmoreoftenthannottheshortestpath.Theinnovationofthispaperistoestablishamathematicalmodeloftheactualsituation,soastoreducefuelconsumptionunderCVRPandVRPSDP,andfindtheconnectionbetweenfuelconsumptionfactorsofinternalcombustionengineandmathematicalmodelofCVRP(VRPSDP),enablingtheCVRPandVRPSDPmodelcanrepresentenginesfuelconsumptionquantitatively.Thenweworkoutthesolutionwithantcolonyalgorithmwhichhasbeenimprovedbymodernheuristicmethod.AftertheresearchofroadspecificationsandconstructionstandardsinChina,theinternalcombustionenginefueltechnology,wetakerunningdistance,cargoweight,roadpavement，roadgradeintospeciallydesignedheuristicfactors.Wegivedifferentprioritiestodifferentaccordingtothestages,andmakereasonableparameterssettingaccordingtotheChineseroadspecificationaswellasthevehiclesactualfuelconsumptionsituation.Wedifferfrombeforeinthepheromoneupdatebylearningfromparallelantcolonyalgorithmtobettermimictheparallelstrategyofantsinarealnaturalenvironment,withreferencetootherthepheromoneupdaterules.Finally,wefurtherextendthemodelandalgorithmtoasimultaneouslypick-upanddeliveryconditionsVRPSDP.AstheACSsperformancesaresensitivetotheparametersett
