**P0.01；与D组比较，#P0.05，##P0.01。A组和B组比较，P0.05。A、B组与C组4、8和12周比较，A、B组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集数、红细胞压积均低于模型组(P0.01)，差异非常显著。A组与B组4、8和12周比较，A、B组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集数、红细胞压积差别不大(P0.05)，无统计学意义。D组与C组4、8和12周比较;D组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集数、红细胞压积均低于模型组，造模成功。随着治疗时间的增加，血液流变学的各指标成呈下降，到12周时，差异非常明显。治疗后病理切片显示C组与造模后的病理切片变化不大；而A、B组病理切片表明，坏死家兔股骨头内脂滴数量与造模后病理切片相比明显减少，股骨头髓内骨细胞、新生的骨小梁数量增多，空骨陷窝面积减少。结论：1.验证了激素是非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死的重要因素之一。2.三七总皂苷具有改善血液流变学，降低血流粘度，从而促进坏死区域骨修复和生长的作用。关键词：三七总皂苷；激素性股骨头坏死；血液流变学PanaxnotoginsengsaponinsonthefemoralheadnecrosishemorrheologyofrabbitsAbstractPurpose:Geoscientificdatatochangethecontrastofbloodrheologyinrabbitsbeforeandafterthetreatmentofsteroid-inducedrabbitosteonecrosismodel,exploretheeffectsandmechanismofPanaxnotoginsengsaponinstreatmentofsteroid-inducedosteonecrosis.Method:35healthyrabbitswererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupofeightexperimentgrouponly,withreferencetoHeXijingmodelingmethod,experimentgroupbuttocksintramuscularprednisolone8mg?kg-1twiceaweektimes;atthesametimethecontrolgrouparmintramuscularinjectionof9g?L-1sodiumchlorideinjection,0.32mg?kg-1,2timesaweek,continuousinjectionfor6weeks,atotalof12times.Topreventinfection,35animalstwiceweeklyintramuscularpenicillinsodium,eachper50000units.Randomlyselectedthreemodelrabbitssixweeksafterfemoralheadhistopathologicalexaminationconfirmedthatthefemoralheadnecrosissuccessfulmodeling.Afterthemodeling,thenon-controlgroup24modulusrabbitswererandomlydividedintoPanaxnotoginsengsaponinstreatmentgroup(A),RSMtreatmentgroup(B),modelgroup(C),withthecontrolgroup(D).Treatmentdeliverymethod:usingthemarginalearveininjection,eachexperimentalrabbit2ml/kg/wtreatmentofconsecutive12weeksoftreatment,administeredthreetimesperweek.Modelgroupandcontrolgroup,normalsaline,aweek2ml/kg/w;12weeksinarow.Fasting12hoursviathemarginalearblooddeterminationofanimalsineachgroupof4,8and12weeksofhemorheology.Histomorphometryexaminationweresacrificedafter12weeks.Amongthegroupswereanalyzedandcompared,andtheobservationofgeneralbehavior,generalobservation(modeling,thefemoralheadaft
