PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 柔性化生产方式下汽车装配线平衡调整方法的研究和实践 摘 要 柔性化生产是一种先进的生产理念 它能够根据顾客的需求 在 同一条生产线上生产不同型号 不同配置的产品 在柔性生产线中 各工位间的负荷不平衡问题严重影响了生产线的效率 员工的士气及 产品的质量 因而 对柔性生产线进行动态调整与平衡显得尤为重要 本文以汽车柔性生产线为研究对象 通过对柔性生产线特点的详 细分析 概括了柔性生产线中出现不平衡现象的主要原因 并在此基 础上 总结了一套切实可行的柔性生产线平衡调整方法 简而言之 该方法通过仿真建模 生产线平衡改进及生产系统再 次仿真三个基本步骤来进行问题的解决 该方法有别于国内外的研究 在于能很好地结合理论和实践研究成果 并通过上海通用汽车有限公 司内饰一工段的生产实际进行了论证 关键词 生产线平衡 柔性生产线 系统仿真技术 位置权值法 ABSTRACT RESEARCH AND PRACTICE ON ASSEMBLY LINE BALANCING IN FLEXIBLE AUTOMOBILE PRODUCTION ABSTRACT The flexible production (or Mixed-Model Production, MMP) is an advanced concept in the modern manufacturin g system. It can produce a various kind of products simultaneously on the same production line according to the customers’ demands. Nevertheless, unbalanced work load between stations can cause serious production problems such as low production efficiency, product quality problems and even affect the staff morale. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to do the line balancing on the flexible production line. This article takes automobile flexible production line as research object. The main reason of the unbalanced phenomenon is summed up by analyzing its characteristics. And a practical Line Balancing Method is concluded. In a word, this method can solve the problem by 3 steps, which is simulation, line balancing and re-simulation of the production line. The difference between this method and the present situation at home and abroad is that it can tightly combine the achievement both in theory and practice. Finally, its feasibility has been validated by taking the production practice in Trim 1 group at Shanghai General Motor Corporation Limited.
