首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文《神经网络方法在用户满意度评价中的应用研究》 首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 《神经网络方法在用户满意度评价中的应用研究》 I I 摘 要 评价是管理的重要手段，管理信息系统的评价是企业推进信息化过程中重要组成 部分。针对不同的业务需要，信息系统也在不同领域有其特殊的应用。在预算管理领 域，预算管理信息系统已经成功应用在很多企业。从用户满意度视角出发，对预算管 理信息系统进行评价，将帮助企业完善预算管理体系。同时，信息系统评价过程也将 帮助企业改善业务流程、优化管理策略。为了达到预期评价效果，确立评价方法和评 价模型是评价的关键。因此，对管理信息系统用户满意度评价方法和模型的研究具有 一定应用价值。 本文选择人工神经网络方法作为评价方法。首先通过对各类评价方法进行比较， 分析出人工神经网络方法的优势及不足。基于神经网络方法特点，又对其原理和组成 结构进行了分析，这为后期构造神经网络模型奠定了基础。 在确立了评价方法基础上，对国内外用户满意度理论进行了回顾。针对管理信息 系统用户特点，对 Fornell 的用户满意度理论模型进行了改进，提出基于预算管理信 息系统的评价模型。 根据改进的用户满意度评价模型，本文基于预算管理与信息系统管理两个层面对 预算管理体系进行了研究，综合考虑并建立能够评价预算管理信息系统用户满意度评 价的观测变量，设计建立了一套基于预算管理信息系统评价的指标体系。 最后是案例应用研究：运用神经网络方法对某烟厂公司预算管理信息系统的用户 满意度进行了评价。在对对该企业进行全面与详尽的实际调研以后，建立神经网络模 型，根据该厂的预算框架体系与总体预算方案，利用调查问卷的方式收集评价数据。 运用 MATLAB 神经网络工具箱提供的函数，编程构建神经网络模型。训练模型达到最 优，运用最优模型对案例进行评价。 。 关键字：用户满意度 神经网络 信息系统评价 II II ABSTRACT Evaluation is a good way to management. The evaluation of management Information system is an important part during enterprise information building up. According to different business requirement, information system can be used in different fields. In the field planning management, it has been proved that planning management system has been successfully implemented in many enterprises. From the point of user satisfaction view, it will help enterprise to make planning management system more perfect.
