StudyOntheResidents’MedicalConsumptioninSIchuanAbstractObjectviesExploringtheresidents’medicalconsumptioninSichuanProvince,andProbingintothemedicalconsumptioninfluencefactorsoftheresidents,thengivesomeadvicesofthehealthreforminSichuan.MethodsBasedonthedataoftheresidents’medicalconsumptioncollectedbyServiceSurveyinSichuan，comprehensivelydescribedtheresidents’medicalconsumptionandexpenditure，extendedlinearexpendituresystem(ELES)wasusedtoanalysistheresidents’consumptionstructureanddecidetheabilitytopayforhealthcarebytheresidentsaccordingtotheopportunitycostofhealthcareutilization，andthendiscusstheinfluencefactorsofthecitizenandruralresidents’medicalconsumptionandexpenditurebythemulti-factoranalysisandevaluation.ResultsTheattendancerateofresidentsfortwoweeks140.78‰,hospitalizationratewas113.03‰;thehigherthemetalSustainabilitylevel,thehigherattendanceratefortheresidentsofthetwoweeks,thehigherhospitalizationrates;lowcapacitytopaymoreoftheresidentspreferout-patient,andabilitytopaytheresidentspreferthehighhospitalization.Residentsoflargelyruralmedicalinstitutions/communityhealthserviceclinics,institutionsandindividuals.metalSustainability,abilitytopaythehigher,selectthecountyanddistrict-levelhospitals,municipalhospitalsandabovetheprovinciallevelthehighertheproportionofthehospital.Reasonstochoosemedicalinstitutions,metalSustainability,highcapacitytopayresidentsofadoctorfocusontechnology,andmetalSustainabilitylow,lowcapacitytopaytheresidentstofocusonthecheap.Residentsintwoweeksisnot42.53%attendanceandtherateshouldbepatienthospitalizationrateisnot24.68%.Metalsustainabilityincreasestherateofnon-attendanceandnotthelowerhospitalizationrates.Metalsustainabilityincreasesthecapacitytopayhigherwithouttreatmentasaresultofeconomicdifficulties,thelowertheproportionofnon-hospitalized.Affordabilityoftheresidentsisattendingout-patientpopulationatacostof270.58yuan,atacostofbothhospitalization4382.18yuan.WithmetalSustainability,theimprovementofcapacitytopay,theresidentsofthemeetingwerethehig
