AbstractTheexperimentsofsemi-dryNewIntegratedDesulfurizationfromsinteringfluegaswasinvestigatedinthispaper.Atthesametime,theinfluenceoftheoperationparametersondesulfurizationefficiencywasalsoconsidered.Theresultswasthefollowing:Duringthesemi-pilotexperiments,thedesulfurizerwaspreparedandselected.Theoptimalpreparedparameters:thetemperatureofwaterwasabout25℃,thestirringspeedwas300rpm,thestirringtimewas5min.TheresultsshowedthatdesulfurizercontainedmetaloxidessuchasZnO、Fe2O3,whichwasbenefittodesulfurization.IncaseofthelowinitialSO2concentration(1400mg/Nm3),theoptimalparameterswere1.8H2O/Ca,1.4Ca/S,110℃reactiontemperature,150circulatingratioand1sresidencetime.Theoutletconcentrationwasbelow100mg/Nm3,andthedesulfurizationefficiencyreached98%.AsforthehighinitialSO2concentration(2800mg/Nm3),theoptimumoperationparameterswere1.8H2O/Ca,1.6Ca/S,120℃reactiontemperature,150circulatingratioand1sresidencetime.Theoutletconcentrationwasabout200mg/Nm3,andthedesulfurizationefficiencywas91%.Inaddition,thesemi-pilotexperimentalresultsindicatedthatlowerinitialSO2concentrationwasmoreeffectiveinremovingSO2.Meanwhile,therewasadifferenceintheoptimumoperationparametersbetweenthehighSO2initialconcentration(2800mg/Nm3)andlowSO2concentration(1400mg/Nm3).Inthefieldexperiments,ahighinletconcentrationresultedinalowdesulfurizationefficiency.Whilethetemperatureofinletfluegaspromotedthedesulfurizationefficiency.TheresultsindicatedtheconcentrationofoutletfluegasinitiallydecreasedandfollowedincreasedwiththeincreaseofH2O/Ca,thehighestvalueoccurredataH2O/CaOof1.8,therecommendedrangewas1.8~2.0.Inlowinletconcentrationconditions,thedesulfurizationefficiencyincreasedwithCa/Swhenitwasbelow1.6,therecommendedrangewas1.4~1.6.Whileinthehighinletconcentrationconditions,theincreaseofCa/Shasnonegativeeffectonthedesulfurizationprocessuntilitreached1.8,theoptimalconditionswas1.8~2.0.Theinfluenceoftheoperationparameterswasthefollowing:H2O/CaOCa/Sinlettemperature.Theresultsoftechnicalandeconomicanalysisonthesemi-dryNIDshow
