AbstractArrangementsforsupervisionworkascareerdevelopmentprofessionalsocietyanimportantsystem,theentryisnotfullayearofsocialworkers(newly-employedworker)playacorefunctionofmanagement,skills,emotionalsupport,growthcounselingetc..Thisstudyadoptsthemethodofqualitativeresearchandquantitativeresearch,selecttheearliestexplorationsupervisionsystemofShenzhenasstudysites,withnewrecruitsworkersastheresearchobject,throughaquestionnairesurveyofnewrecruitsbasicsituation,socialsupervision,supervisionofdemand,analysisoftheoverallsituation,andselectfourcasessupervisioninconfigurationlengthofservice,professionalbackground,serviceareas,distinctiontosupplementthedemand,finally,exploretheconstructionofsupervisionmechanismingeneralandthespecialcasesupervisionstrategy.ThecurrentstatusofShenzhennewrecruitsworkersacceptsupervisionaccordwithShenzhenonthesupervisiondutydocumentrequirements,mainlytoacceptlocalsupervision,performanceisduetothelackofprofessionalknowledgeandskillsoftheprofessionalservicecapabilitiestoenhancetheperformanceofthemosturgent,thatindividualsupervisionformthemosteffectivesupervision,ShenzhengeneraltwoMondaytimementoringsupervisionthemodel,carryoutsocialworkersexpectpersonalgrowthplan,emotionalsupport,professionalplanningandwritinginstrumentsandtobridgesocialandinstitutionalcommunicationwork.Inthesupervisoryrequirements,expectationsinthepromotionofprofessionalknowledgeandskills,promoteemotionalcontrolandmanagementskills,promotepersonalgrowthplanandworkplanningguidance.Intheexplorationofconstructionsupervisionmechanismandthespecialcaseofgeneralunderthesupervisionstrategy,theauthorexplicitlyentrysixclassistheinitialsocialworkerentrysupervisionrequiredcontent,includingsocialworkersandcompletetrainingsocialworkersandinstitutionsandserviceintegration,toestablishsupervisioncontractsetupthesocialworkprofessionalservicesofself-confidence,theservicestartedtoexplorehowtocarryoutprofessionalservices,Counselingtodeveloppersonalgrowthplansandformulatingsocialworkerteamannualtraining
