ResearchonRelationshipBetweenSocialCapitalandTechnologicalInnovation:BasedontheKnowledgeCreationAuthor:RenjiaSupervisor:LiuruixianAbstractWiththeadventoftheknowledgeera,andtheacceleratingofeconomicglobalization,moreandmoreenterprisesrealizethatthesourceofenterprisecompetitiveadvantagehasbeentransformedintoaknowledge-basedresource.Ifcompanieswanttomaintaintheiradvantageinacompetitivemarketenvironment,hadtobalancedoublecapabilityofbothaccumulationofinternalresourcesandacquisitionofexternalresourcestoupgradethetechnologyinnovationlevelcontinuouslyandconsolidateitscorecompetitiveness.However,mostoftheexistingsocialcapitalstudiesremainattheexternalsocialcapitalorasingleelementlevel,andacomprehensive,in-depthresearchonmechanismisrarelyseen.Rapiddevelopmentofknowledgeandtechnologyputforwardhigherrequirements,sothestudiesontechnologyandtheperspectiveofinternalandexternalsocialcapitalandknowledge-relatedarebecomingincreasinglyimportant.Atpresent,usingtheeffectofsocialcapitalonknowledgecreationtogetmoreandmorenewknowledgeandtechnologiesisthecommonpracticeinordertoimprovethecompanytechnologicalinnovation,whichhasbeenattractedtheattentionofscholars.So,thethesissetupmechanismtheorymodelofinternalandexternalsocialcapitaltotechnologicalinnovationbyknowledgecreationbyusingtheresearchachievementandrelevanttheoreticalreflectionhaveofferedofsocialcapital、knowledgecreationandtechnologyinnovationtheory.ThisthesischooseinvestigationonrelevantstaffofvariousprefecturesinShanxiprovinceasdatasource,byusingSPSS17.0andLESERL8.70statisticalsoftwarefortheempiricaltesttothemodelhypothesizes.Researchindicatesthatinternalandexternalsocialcapitalthroughthepartialintermediationofknowledgecreationhassignificanteffectontechnologicalinnovation.Effectofexternalsocialcapitalislargerthantheinternalsocialcapital,whichalsoreflectslowlevelofindependenttechnologicalinnovationinShanXi.ThustechnologicalenterpriseinShanXishoulddeterminetheleadingpositionofinternalsocialcapitalandsteadyauxiliaryfunctionsofexternal
