AbstractThegoalofSocialWorkistohelpothers,andalsoattachesgreatimportancetothevalueoflifeandhumanitarian.Withthedevelopmentofspecializationofsocialwork,socialworkethicsarealsoinconstantdevelopmentandimprovement.Theprogressoflocalsocialworkneedsthesupportofsocialworkethicstheories,andthepromotionofsocialworkinternationalconnectionisalsoinseparablefromthereflectionoflocalsocialworkethics.Especiallyinthesituationsoflocalization,dualrelationshipissuesofsocialworkethicsaremoreworthyofdiscussionandresearchfromsocialworkers.Inthisthesis,Iusethesequentialmixed-researchmethod,intheformofquestionnairesandthenthecaseinterviews,tofigureoutthewholepictureofShanghaisocialworkers’attitudetodualrelationshipethicsandtoanalysisthesystemandfactorsinfluencingtheirattitude.Theresearcherdistributed200questionnairesand174validquestionnaireswerereturned,with87%ofthetotalnumber.Ialsointerviewed12localsocialworkersinthecaseinterview.Throughnon-parametrictest,Ifindthattheethicalacceptanceoflocalsocialworkersto‘sexualdualrelationships’isthelowest,followedbytheethicalacceptanceof‘financialdualrelationships’,whiletheethicalacceptancesof‘professionaldualrelationships’and‘socialdualrelationships’arehigh.Theethicalacceptancesofdualrelationshipstomalesocialworkersarehigherthanfemale.Thesocialworkers’ethicalacceptancesofdualrelationshipswith‘previousclient’arehigherthan‘client’.Throughthecontentanalysisof12surveyedcaseinterviews,Ifindthatthelocalsocialworkersareinstrugglewiththeprofessionalethicsandthetraditionalsociety.Socialworkersusuallymakeachoiceinthecasewhichdoesnotviolatethebroadframeworkofcodeofethicsandthetraditionalethics.Theprofessionalboundariesbecomeblurredatthistime.Thisisagreatchallengefacedbylocalsocialworkerscurrently.Inthepartofdiscussion,Ifocusonthefollowingfouritems.1.Thesequenceoflocalsocialworkers’acceptanceindifferenttypesofdualrelationshipbehaviors.2.Thediscussionofthesocialworkers’attitudesofdualrelationshipsindifferentqualificationsandeducationalbackgrounds.3.Theethicalissues
