AbstractThispaperhastwoparts,thephysicalsimulationsystemofdeepcoalrockispartofthecollaborativeprojectwhichbelongstomyworkunit,theexperimentofboundaryanti-frictionmethodingeomechanicalmodeltestisproposedfrommyresearchwrok.Thephysicalsimulationsystemofdeepcoalrockprovidedaexperimentalplatformforresearchingadsorptionanddesorptionruleofmethaneandsuddenlyemittingofmethanegas;geomechanicalboundaryanti-frictionmethodultimatelyproposeseveraleffectiveandeasytouseanti-frictionmethodformodeltestfieldthroughsystematicanalysisandresearch.Thispaperhasdesginedthemainstructureofthesystem,drawnengineeringdrawings,andmademechanicalanalisysaboutthekeystructuralcomponentsandprovidesabasisfortheproductionofsystem;andthepaperalsohasanalyzedmechanicalprocessesofboundaryfrictioningeomechanicalmodeltestandproposedseveralnewanti-frictionmethodsonthebasisofthecompletestudyofexistingmethodsandanti-frictionmechanism.Inthelast,wedesginedsomeverificationexperimentandstudytheeffictionoftheanti-frictionmethod.Thisequipmentofdeepcoalphysicalsimulationsystemiscurrentlyoneoftheequipmentsofhigheststressandgaspressureandthelargestsizeofmodelathomeandabroad.Firstly,thispaperhasadetailedbreakdownaboutitsfunctionalandtechnicalrequirements,usethecorrespondingsteelstructuretoachieveitsfunctionsandrequirements.Thesystemmadeuptheelasticdeformationbyusinghollowcylinders,andachievemovementofthelargestructuresthroughthelinearguideofTHK.Thispapercompletedthedetailmechanicalanalysisonthelagre-scalestructureinthedevice,carriedoutcorrespondingoptimizationonthebasisoftheresultsofstructuralanalysisuntiltheanalysisresultsmeetthesystemrequirementsonstructuralstrengthandstiffness.Themodelboundaryanti-frictionmethodprovidescorrectengineeringboundaryconditionsforlarge-scalegeomechanicalmodeltest,thestudyanalysisdetaillythemechanicalprocessofboundaryfrictionandtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofconventionalfriction-reducingmethods,andmakesomecomparisonwiththeboundaryconditionsinthereal.Basingontheabovetheoreticalanalysisandresea
