摘要本文通过界定湿地、湿地公园与城市湿地公园的定义和分类，并介绍了国内外城市湿地公园研究的相关背景与建设现状，对城市湿地公园规划的相关理论、原则及国内外规划实践进行了探索与研究，总结了城市湿地公园保护与可持续利用存在的问题并提出了相应的策略。本文主要以“临江新城湿地公园生态环境构成与评价一一临江新城湿地公园生态保护规划策略一一临江新城湿地公园可持续利用规划策略”为主线，探讨了临江新城湿地公园生态保护与可持续利用的内容，并对生态旅游进行重点研究。在具体的研究思路上，其内容包括：（1）分析与评价。通过对临江新城湿地公园的生态环境构成、生态环境评价、湿地公园保护与开发存在问题、湿地公园可持续利用的重点四个方面的评述，得出临江新城湿地公园规划与发展的主要结论，为制订临江新城湿地公园的生态保护与可持续利用规划策略提供依据。（2）生态保护规划策略研究。根据分析与评价确立临江新城湿地公园规划的区域定位、生态定位，提出临江新城湿地公园的规划基本原则，进而确定临江新城湿地公园的生态保护策略，具体策略包括水资源保护规划策略、岸线规划保护策略、植物种植保护规划策略、交通规划保护策略、分级保护策略、环境承载力及环境容量策略等。（3）可持续利用规划策略研究。为了确保湿地公园可持续战略的实现，本文从临江新城湿地公园可持续利用的涵义与构思、生态旅游发展战略与规划原则，生态旅游旅游线路与项目库、控制容量四个层面入手进行了详细的城市湿地公园生态旅游策略研究。（4）保障实施。从临江新城湿地公园管理、参与机制、投资机制、立法和监督机制等各个方面提出临江新城湿地公园规划的保障措施。最后，总结了本文研究的主要结论。关键词：湿地公园城市湿地公园生态保护可持续利用生态旅游规划策略AbstractBydefinitionandclassificationofwetlands,wetlandandurbanwetland,andintroducesthetheoryandconstructionthestatusquooftheUrbanWetlandParkathomeandabroad.IresearchtoexploretheUrbanWetlandParkontherelevanttheories,principlesandpracticeofinternationalplanningandSummaryproblemsandthecorrespondingstrategiesofwetlandprotectionanddevelopmentofurbanWetlandPark.Inthispaper,theLinJiangMetroandevaluationofwetlandecologicalenvironmentofwetlandecologicalprotectiononebyoneRiversideParkRiversideParkWetlandPark,onebyoneplanningstrategyforthesustainableuseofplanningstrategies,themainline,OftheLinJiangMetroWetlandParkecologicalprotectionandsustainableuseofthecontent,andtofocusoneco-tourism.Inthespecificresearchideas,anditscontentsinclude:(l)AnalysisandEvaluation.theLinJiangMetroWetlandParkontheecologicalenvironmentofwetland,ecologicalenvironmentalassessment,wetlandprotectionanddevelopmentproblems,thefocusofwetlanddevelopmentinfourareasreviewed,CometotheLinJiangMetroWetlandParkPlanningandDevelopment,themainconclusionsforthedevelopmentoftheLinJiangMetroWetlandParkecologicalprotectionandprovidethebasisforsustainabledevelopmentplanningstrategy.EcologicalProtectionPlanningStrategy.AccordingtotheanalysisandevaluationtoestablishtheregionaltheLinJiangMetroWetlandParkRivers
