摘要目的：通过实验性肺气虚变应性鼻炎大鼠复合模型的建立，探讨肺气虚与变应性鼻炎在生物化学方面相关性研究。方法：将健康SD大鼠随机分组①正常组②AR组③肺气虚+AR组④肺气虚+AR组+中药组。采用烟熏法建立肺气虚证动物模型，按照安云芳报道的方法开始建立变应性鼻炎模型，参考以上方法建立复合模型；治疗期间除正常组外，其余各组每日在用药组给药1小时后均予以5％卵白蛋白溶液激发。从激发第一天开始，观察动物一般情况变化，激发后30分钟内鼻部症状、鼻分泌量，用药第七天后，测量大鼠鼻分泌物的pH值、血清IgE、血浆环核苷酸及血液流变学等变化。结果：肺虚AR组大鼠鼻分泌物的pH值低于AR组(P0.05)；肺虚AR组大鼠血清IgE高于AR组（P0.01）；大鼠血浆cAMP含量，肺虚AR组低于AR组及正常组（P0.01）；大鼠血浆cAMP/cGMP含量，肺虚AR组低于AR组（P0.01）；在血流变学指标方面肺虚AR组与AR组相比有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：肺气虚时更容易诱发变应性鼻炎，且肺气虚与变应性鼻炎在环核苷酸和血液流变学等生物化学及IgE方面相关，通过养金汤治疗进一步证实肺气虚与变应性鼻炎密切相关。关键词：肺气虚变应性鼻炎环核苷酸血液流变学ABSTRACTObjective:TostudytherelationshipbetweendeficiencyofLungQiandARaswellasitsactionmechanismbytestingitemsofbiochemistrythoughanimalexperiment.Methods:Fivegroupsareinvolvedwhicharethenormalgroup,deficiencyofLungQigroup,theARgroup,deficiencyofLungQiARgroup,deficiencyofLungQiARChinesemedicinegroup.Establishingtherat’sdeficiencyofLungQimodalwithmethodofsmoking,ARmodalaccordingtoAnYunfang’s.ThecomplexmodelwasachievedonthatofdeficiencyofLungQiandARmodel,Duringthetreatmentphase,theratswerestimulatingby0.5%OVA1hourafterthemedicineadministrate,theauthorobservedthesymptomsespeciallynasalsymptoms.AppliesChinesenativemedicinetheseventhweather,TestingpHvolumeofnasalsecretion,bloodserumIgE,linknucleotideandbloodrheology.Results:DeficiencyofLungQiARgroupnosesecretionpHvalueislowerthantheARgroup.(P0.05);deficiencyofLungQiARgroupratbloodserumIgEishigherthanARgroup(P0.01);ratbloodplasmacAMPcontent,deficiencyofLungQiARgroupislowerthantheARgroupandnormalgroup(P0.01);RatbloodplasmacAMP/cGMPcontent,deficiencyofLungQiARgroupislowerthanARgroup(P0.01);InthebloodrheologyaspectdeficiencyofLungQiARgroupandtheARgroupcomparehavethestatisticssignificance(P0.01).Conclusions:WhendeficiencyofLungQiinvitalenergyiseasiertoinducetheallergyrhinitis,alsodeficiencyofLungQiinvitalenergyandtheallergyrhinitisinbiochemistryandtheIgEaspectandsoonlinknucleotideandbloodrheologyarerelated,throughtreatmentoftheyangjingtangfurthertoconfirmdeficiencyofLungQiinvitalenergyandtheallergyrhinitisareconn
