南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 复材 复材 MES 产品制造工程数据集成与变更研究 i i ii ii 摘 要 复合材料 MES 是面向航空复合材料生产的信息管理系统，通过对生产过程控制、跟踪和 管理以及制造资源的优化配置，能有效解决复合材料生产过程中存在的制造周期长、拖期交 货多、生产不均衡等问题。由于 MES 是面向车间级的生产管理系统，决定了它与上层系统 之间在功能上的区别；同时，企业的生产运作又将它们紧密地联系在一起。所以实现 MES 与其他信息系统的集成，消除信息化“孤岛”，充分发挥 MES 系统功能作用，对提高复合材 料生产效率具有实际意义。 本文以国内某飞机制造企业的复合材料分厂 MES 系统开发为基础，从整体上对复合材料 厂生产特点以及信息化现状中存在的问题进行了分析。针对航空复合材料产品架次与版本管 理的需求，提出了基于矩阵的 BOM 版本有效性管理方法，提高了 MES 系统运行的效率。针对 复合材料生产管理中数据结构复杂和数据量大等特点，研究了 MES 与 PDM 系统之间的联系以 及两者集成的必要性，运用系统集成的相关理论对两者集成的内容和过程进行了研究，建立 了相关的系统流程。并在此基础上，设计开发了 MES 中数据集成系统的相关功能模块。在实 现 MES 与 PDM 系统集成的基础上，针对复合材料产品频繁变更的特点，研究制造过程变更技 术。通过分析制造变更的原因，将变更分为设计变更与工艺变更，研究了 MES 在这两种变更 条件下的管理方法。 从系统实施效果来看，复合材料 MES 能与 PDM 系统有机地集成在一起，实现复合材料厂 内外数据的共享；通过对复合材料产品的版本与制造变更管理，有效提高了复合材料厂的生 产效率。 关键词：制造执行系统，数据集成，物料清单，版本，工程更改 Abstract Fucai-MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is an information management system for the aviation products made of composite materials. Based on the process control, the management of manufacturing and the optimal configuration of manufacturing resources, the existing problem in manufacturing process, such as the delay of delivery and the imbalance of production, can be effectively solved. The function of Fucai-MES is different from enterprise management system according to its workshop-oriented property, but, it has deep relationship with those system such as ERP. Therefore, it is significance to improve the efficiency production of composite materials. by achieving the integration between MES and other systems and diminishing the information isolation. The problems in composites material manufacturing factory are analyzed under the background of a domestic aviacton manufacturing enterprise. Firstly, the method of BOM version management is provided based on the validity matrix according to the requirements of aircraft sorties management.
