TheResearchofDriverSourceandCommunicationSystemofAOMAbstractTheemergenceoflaserpromotethedevelopmentofacousto-optic,andmakestheacousto-optictechnologybecomearapidlydevelopingnewtechnology.AOMisbasedontheprinciplesofultrasoniclightdiffraction,anditsadvantageisthathighmodulationspeed,highdiffractionefficiency,largeextinctionratioandsmallsize,sotheAOMiswidelyusedinlasercommunication,lasermeasurementandopticalfibersensorandsoon.ThekeypartoftheAOMsystemisthedrivesource.Butnow,peopleusuallyuseageneral-purposesignalgeneratorasthedrivesourceandthatwillcausealotofproblems.So,it’sveryimportanttodesignofadedicateddrivesourceforaparticularAOM.ThispaperisbasedonthePbMoO4AOM.Firstofall,thepaperintroducedthebasictheoryoftheacousto-opticmodulatorandthePbMoO4AOM’sstructureandparameters.Then,thepaperanalyzesthedrivingsourcecircuit’sworkingprincipleanddesignrequirements,also,isproposedthedesignofthedrivingcircuit.Onthebasisofthedesign,itmakesthesignalgeneratingcircuit,theintermediateamplifyingcircuit,theoutputmatchingnetworkandthepoweramplificationcircuit,andcombinedwitheachpartofthecircuitfinishedtheacousto-opticalmodulatordriversource.Theexperimentalresultshowsthatthedrivingsourcesystemisworkingproperlyandreachedthespecificationsofthecircuitdesign.Atlast,itcompletedtheacousto-opticcommunicationexperimentbytheacousto-opticmodulatordriversourceandAOMexperimentsystem,andalsostudyoftheexperimentalresults.Keywords:Acousto-opticmodulation,Drivingsource,Lasercommunication,Oscillationcircuit,RFsignal目录第1章绪论1.1选题依据和背景情况.............................................................................................11.2课题研究目的及理论意义.....................................................................................11.3国内外研究现状、发展动态.................................................................................21.4本文主要研究内容.................................................................................................5第2章声光调制技术基本理论2.1声光互作用的物理基础.......................................................
