摘 要 I 摘 要 纺织业是我国国民经济的传统支柱产业，也是国际竞争优势比较明显的一类制造业。伴 随着经济全球化趋势的加强和现代信息技术的发展，我国纺织行业在迎来新机遇的同时，也 面临着很多严峻的挑战。 纺织企业的信息化是通过构建新的管理模式、重组业务流程、应用先进信息技术来提高 企业的管理水平和生产效率，以适应瞬息万变的市场竞争。生产管理是企业信息化的重要组 成部分，而生产计划与调度又是企业生产管理的核心。 智能计算是一类以模拟自然行为模式来实现计算的智能方法，已成为人工智能理论和技 术发展的重要阶段，它主要包括进化计算、神经网络、模糊系统等分支。本文针对纺织行业 的特点，应用智能计算方法，对纺织企业生产计划调度中的一些关键问题进行研究。主要研 究工作如下： （1）针对纺织生产兼有连续性和离散性的特点，将混合 Petri 网应用于纺织生产过程建模 中。采用各工序统一的形式建立了纺织生产混合 Petri 网模型，从而对纺织生产过程中的事件、 状态、变量等进行有效描述。 （2）分析了纺织生产调度问题与混合 Flow-Shop 调度问题的异同，并依据满足交货期的 成本最低原则，建立起整数规划模型，进而设计遗传算法加以优化求解。使用该方法对某纺 织企业的生产调度实例进行求解，获得了最优排产方案。 （3）确定配棉优化的目标函数和约束条件，为配棉问题建立组合优化模型。提出一种采 用整数编码的改进分布估计算法，并针对配棉优化模型的特点，给出了合适的编码方案、群 体初始化方法以及约束处理方法，取得了较好的优化效果。 （4）采用径向基函数（RBF）对传统 BP 神经网络进行改进，并通过选择适当的原棉纤 维性能指标和纱线质量指标作为输入输出因子，建立起成纱质量预测 RBF 神经网络模型。实 验结果表明，该预测方法优于多元线性回归，具有更高的预测精度。 关键词：生产计划调度；智能计算；Petri 网；神经网络；纺织生产；配棉优化；成纱预测 Abstract III ABSTRACT Textile industry is the traditional supporting industry in our national economy, which also has many advantages for international competition. With the reinforcement of economic globalization tendency and the development of modern information technology, China’s textile industry faces a lot of new opportunities and also many severe challenges at the same time. The informationization of textile enterprises is to improve enterprise management and production efficiency by forming new management mode, restructuring business processes and applying advanced information technology, so as to adapt to the changing market. The progress of production management is an important part of enterprise informationization, while production planning and scheduling is the key of production management.
