事故应急备件库存管理及其采购流程优化的研究摘要随着出厂的机组投入运行多年，以及燃烧煤质的不确定性，加快了设备磨损，缩短了设备寿命，发电企业事故应急备品备件需求急剧增加。售后服务备品备件库存管理以及事故应急备件采购流程的合理与否，直接决定了对发电企业客户事故应急备件的响应速度，影响着公司的品牌效应。本课题的开展旨在针对发电企业事故应急备件的特点，首先针对由于锅炉设备的多样性和故障随机性而造成事故应急备件需求量在时间和数量的不可预测性以及批量订购、单件采购、加急采购在成本费用上的不同和剩余库存的资金积累的损耗等特点，通过评估发电企业常用事故应急备件种类，使用ABC分类法、层次分析法（AHP）和ABC结合的方法，从库存备件的占用资金、关键性、年需求量、替代性和提前期五方面进行了定性和定量的分析，根据分析结果对事故应急备件进行了科学识别和分类，并改进了库存管理措施；其次对公司服务备件的采购流程、机制进行了分析，发现目前公司事故应急备件采购流程中的瓶颈问题，为此提出了“快速响应”服务理念，运用AHP方法、以客户满意度为流程优化的核心目标，制定了采购流程优化方案以及优化选择供货商的层次分析模型；最后对服务备件的科学分类、事故应急备件采购流程进行了实施验证，效果表明优化后的流程满足了发电企业客户对事故应急备件的快速需求性和经济性的要求。本课题的研究对提高公司售后服务水平，提高工作效率、缩短事故应急备件供应周期有指导作用，对同行业有相应的借鉴意义。关键词：备件库存管理，流程优化，ABC分类法，层次分析法（AHP）THESTUDYOFTHEEMERGENCYSPAREPARTSINVENTORYMANAGEMENTANDPROCUREMENTPROCESSOPTIMIZATIONABSTRACTSincetheexistingmachineshavebeenputintouseformanyyearsandthequalityofthecoalburntbythemachineisnotconsistentwhichacceleratesthewearofthemachineandshortensitsservicelife,thedemandofsparepartshasincreaseddrastically.Aftersalesservice,stockmanagementandpurchaseprocessofemergentsparepartsarecriticaltoeffectivecustomerrespondanddirectlyimpactcompany’sbrandeffect.Thepurposeofthisthesisistostudythefeaturesoftheemergencyspareparts,firstly,duetothediversityofboilerequipmentandtherandomchanceoftheaccident,thedemandofemergencysparepartscannotbeforecasted;thedifferenceonthecostofbulkorder,singleorderandurgentorderofspareparts;thehighdepreciationcostoftheresidualstockbecomethekeyfeaturesoftheemergencyspareparts.ByusingActivityBasedClassificationmethodandthecombinationofanalytichierarchyprocess(AHP)andABCmethodtoevaluatethecommontypesofemergencysparepartsthatusuallyinvolvedinElectricityGenerationStationaccident,byconductingqualitativeandquantitativeanalysisonthecapitaloccupancyofthesparepartsstock,theimportanceofthespareparts,annualdemand,replaceableandleadtime.Understandandcategorizetheemergencysparepartsbasedontheanalysisandadjustthestockmanagementmeasuresaccordingly.Secondly,basedontheanalysisontheprocurementprocessandmechanismofservicespar
