慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者健康教育需求及影响因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者健康教育需求并分析其影响因素，为更好地开展慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的健康教育提供理论依据。 方法 自行设计调查问卷，采用便利抽样法于2016年9月～2017年1月对广州市3所医院的119例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者进行调查。使用SPSS 22.0进行一般性统计描述、两独立样本t检验或方差分析以及多元线性回归分析。 结果 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病知晓评分为（11.73±0.39）分，疾病知晓度不足，对健康教育的需求强烈。患者的文化程度、职业、收入、医疗费用支付方式和病程长短均对其健康教育需求有影响（P 0.05）。 结论 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的健康教育需求度受多种因素影响，在对患者进行健康教育前，应充分评估其需求状况，从提高健康素养入手，提供有针对性及个性化的健康教育。 　　[关键词] 慢性阻塞性肺疾病；健康教育；需求调查 　　[中图分类号] R563.05 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）10（c）-0055-04 　　Health education needs and influencing factors of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 　　LI Yang1 ZHONG Xiaohong2 GENG Renwen2 　　1.School of Management， Southern Medical University， Guangdong Province， Guangzhou 510515， China； 2.Nanfang Hospital， Southern Medical University， Guangdong Province， Guangzhou 510515， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To provide theory for better health education through investigating health education needs of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）， and analyzing the factors as well.
