耳穴埋豆治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘的疗效观察 　　[摘要]目的 探讨耳穴埋豆治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘的的效果。方法 选取2015年12月～2017年8月我科收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘60例患者作为研究对象，采取“随机数生成专家”软件随机生成1～60范围内的60个数字，并对其进行编号，将患者随机分成对照组与试验组，每组30例。予以对照组空白敷贴治疗，予以试验组耳穴埋豆治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率及排便情况评分。结果 试验组患者的总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的73.33%（P0.05）。治疗后，试验组患者的排便费力程度、排便间隔时间、排便时间、粪便形状情况评分均明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 耳穴埋豆治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘的效果显著，能提高患者的生活质量。 　　[关键词]便秘；胸腰椎压缩性骨折；耳穴埋豆 　　[中图分类号] R256.35 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（c）-0120-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of seed-embedding at otopoints treating constipation after thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods 60 patients with constipation after thoracolumbar compression fracture treated in our department December 2015 to August 2017 were selected as object.The random number generation expert software was used to randomly generate 60 numbers in the range of 1-60 and numbered it，then patients were randomly divided into the control group （n=30） and experimental group （n=30）.The control group was treated with blank paste treatment，and the experimental group was treated with seed-embedding at otopoints.The total effective rate and defecation score were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 93.33%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）.After treatment，the score of the strength of the defecation，the interval of defecation，the time of defecation，the shape of the stool in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of seed-embedding at otopoints treating constipation after thoracolumbar compression fracture is significant，and can improve the quality of life of patients. 　　[Key words]Constipation；Thoracolumbar compression fracture；Seed-embedding at otopoints 　　胸腰椎压缩性骨折?儆诹俅渤＜?疾病，其发病部位多以上腰段和下胸段为主。由于受骨折疼痛影响，患者需长时期卧床无法活动，使其很容易导致便秘等并发症的发生[1-2]。有研究报道显示[3]，经手术治疗后，椎体四周微循环会出现障碍，造成副交感神经抑制、交感神经兴奋，易引发肠道运动节律紊乱，再加上术后患者的消化道应激反应易发生消化不良，并且活动受限，加快了
